On behalf of Wiltshire Council (“The Council”) and under authority as set out at Paragraphs 2.10.7 – 2.10.9 of Part 3B of the Constitution, the Electoral Review Committee (“The Committee”) at its meeting on 21 September 2021 resolved to undertake a Community Governance Review (“The Review”),
