In the early hours of Sunday morning a car travelling eastbound on the A4 at Old Derry Hill failed to make the bend with tragic consequences.
Our thoughts are with the families of all those involved in the accident.
Update: we now understand the vehicle was travelling eastbound from Chippenham towards Calne.
