The Parish Council was disappointed to find its noticeboard at Derry Hill and Stockley plus the phone box which houses the defibrillator had been vandalised at the weekend by someone fly posting.
This has been reported to the police. Unfortunately the glue with which the poster has been stuck to the outside of the noticeboard cabinet doors has damaged it and remedial works may need to undertaken at a cost to the local tax payer to remove the poster and make repair the cabinet.
The Parish Council wishes it known that the contents of the poster are not supported by the Council.
