The Government has given powers to Parish Council’s to meet virtually to carry out essential and urgent business during the Covid-19 emergency.
The Parish Council is currently setting up the technology required to do this and has plans to meet virtually in May.
Members of the public will be able to attend the virtual meetings and details of how to do this will be issued with the Agenda.
The Parish Council was due to meet on the 11th May 2020 but this has been postponed to allow the systems for the virtual meetings to be fully tested before a proper meeting is held this way. The date for the meeting will be posted on the website and if possible on the Council noticeboards.
